How do I find the words to thank you and tell you how very thrilled we are with the room addition - my dream of 25 years! You understood exactly what was in my head - drawn crudely on a piece of paper - and quietly, methodically translated my plan into reality. We were not sure that our decision to turn the room's gable perpendicular to the rest of the house would look good, so your pre-architectural drawings were extremely helpful especially with the window styles and placement. Truly, when you said "We can do that," you gave us the confidence to know that our addition could be the something special I always visualized. The ridge beam and cathedral ceiling are magnificent. The quality products that you handle, such as the Marvin Windows and the Everlast metal roof definitely enhanced the end results of our project. You were just what we wanted in a contractor! You listened, you were easy to work with, you were always available to our questions, and you ironed out all the requirements with our Township Building and Zoning office with no headaches for us! Your helpful input was appreciated, your taste is excellent, and you are very honest and professional, possessing infinite patience. In the beginning when you worked along with the crew on the new wall and roof framing, it was an added bonus. You made the whole experience most enjoyable - we had no worries as to how things would go, which brings me to expand a bit about your staff and crew.

I could not pat you on the back without mentioning Mary. She was always helpful and just a wonderful person to talk to on the phone. In conversations with her, I came to know your organization is well managed and dependable, for every message got through to you, anything we needed to know got to us and she had a way of reinforcing our confidence. Also, I had some brief contact with Glen who helped me with some Township paperwork, and again only good things to say.

It is a very personal service you do for homeowners when you remodel or add to their homes. We are usually hoping the job will go well, while we are waiting and dreading what could go wrong. We are amazed more and more each day at how smoothly the job went, exceeding all our expectations.

I saved the best for last. Josh, I am at a loss for words about the amazing four gentlemen who were your "Goodwill Ambassadors." I am referring to the wonderfully nice, polite, professional hard workers who appeared early each morning in the dreadfully cold weather (January - February, the worst of winter) and quickly began each of their assignments for the day. There was no wasted time, there was no dissension whatsoever among them, no distasteful language, nothing but each day dedicated to accomplishing much. Each of them took pride in his work, and each one was skillful and good natured. I called them my "Dream Team" and they were in more ways than one. I believe they are the one's who ultimately make your reputation. Their work was done precisely the first time and was done neatly and efficiently. Never underestimate these men. It is their ability to work together effectively as a team, it is their demeanor to the homeowner, it is their caring attitude that make up the heart of Wood Originals Inc. Tom is a master craftsman. Dwylan, Larry and Dave are not far behind. Each has a particular skill that we were impressed with. I have met many people along the way but none were as personable as these four gentlemen. I simply enjoyed having each one here!

In closing, as I told you last week, keep up what you are doing. We appreciate your letting us do some of the inside finish work ourselves, as well as the helpful tips. We hope you will keep in touch as all of you have become trusted friends and we will never forget you. I waited 25 years - it was well worth the wait!
